We wanted to add an air conditioning section to our existing furnace in the attic. Joe from Giant came through with a quote for all Carrier products and a reasonable price. Joe explained the job clearly. We noted all 5-star ratings and decided to give him the job, even though he is in business only for a couple years. His crew came through and did the entire job in 2 days, it was efficient and clean. The system worked and passed city inspection with very minor changes, mainly to the labeling of electrical wires. I am happy with the result, and will recommend Giant to anyone who wants to add AC to an existing furnace system.

In December, Joe and his team did a prompt and professional installation of a high efficiency Carrier heat pump (with a gas furnace backup for the few cold nights around here). His bid was very competitive and he offered us several good options before we settled on a system. So far the heat pump is doing a wonderful job at keeping us comfortable at a lower total energy cost than our aging furnace was. And we are looking forward to finally having A/C this summer. Anyone replacing a furnace around here should consider a heat pump and going with Joe and Giant would be a wise move.
